We are pleased to share our Strategic Plan 2025–2030, a new roadmap to strengthen our commitment to social justice, particularly in the governance of natural resources and climate action in Senegal.
This plan includes three key strategic goals:
- To support environmental and climate justice by fostering a fair and inclusive energy transition.
- To foster economic and fiscal justice, ensuring a transparent and equitable management of revenue from natural resources.
- To strengthen equity and gender justice by supporting the leadership of women, youth groups and people with disabilities.
In this document, we reaffirm our vision of a Senegal where citizens play an active role in the governance of natural resources and in decisions that affect their future, particularly in relation to natural resource governance, climate change and the energy transition.
